Ala Moana Visit 126.  Today I came in the lunch time with my friend Calvin.  He was visiting home for a little while before heading over to his other home in San Francisco.  I got a chickenjoy strip meal with honey mustard sauce, and a yum cheeseburger on the side.  The sectional beezyness was about 5 percent.  The line was pretty empty.  However, after I started ordering more people started making orders.

Waipahu Visit 201.  Today I came in during the early afternoon time for lunch with the crew.  The dance crew turns 5 today as we mark our fifth anniversary performing.  It was fitting that we spend a partial of our day at the one and only Jollibee.  The dine in beezyness was about 50 percent.  There was a medium sized line for Jollibee and none for Red Ribbon.  We had to get take out since we had another function to go to afterwards.

Waipahu Visit 200.  Today I came in during the late morning time after teaching Filipino at IPA.  I just got a breakfastjoy beef tapa/tenders.  The dine in beezyness was about 15 percent.  There was hardly a line for both Jollibee and Red Ribbon.  The promo that they have now for the mid-week meals is now extended till the end of the month (February 28, 2013).

Ala Moana Visit 125.  It’s been a while since I came over to the Ala Moana location.  I came during lunch time after taking an accounting test for my MBA class.  There was hardly a line and the sectional beezyness was about 20 percent.  I used my fee drink coupon for an Amazing Aloha burger.  I still miss Jollibee Philippines and the menu that they have.  I think I like their menu more than the Hawaii/USA franchise menu.  Jollibee also has a pretty big advertisement out in the Makai Market Food court.  It is highly visible and right in between the pathway right around where the Fat Greek food stand is located at.

On Tuesday, I went over to Red Ribbon down by Don Quijote during lunch time also.  It wasn’t so busy when I went.  I just got a beef empanada, chicken empanada, and topped it off with a butter mammon.

Waipahu Visit 199.  Today I came in the morning to get a breakfast joy.  It’s my first visit back to a Jollibee at home after a short trip to the Philippines.  I definitely admit that Jollibee is more fun in the Philippines.  Coming down today makes me miss the Philippines, but it also reminds me so much of it which is always good.  There was no line for Jollibee or Red Ribbon.  The dine in beezyness was about 20 percent.  I got a breakfastjoy tocino meal.  I used one of the Jollibee gift cards that I got from Christmas from my sister and her boyfriend.  That’s one of the best gifts that you can get for me.  They also have some pretty cool current deals going on called “New Year Mid-Week Blast.” That title just reminds me of the “Milo Blast” that they have in the Philippines.  Anyways, you can save anywhere from $2 to $5 worth of savings on them.  On Tuesdays, you can get 1 chickenjoy bucket (6 pcs.) and 1 spaghetti family pack for $19.49.  On Wednesdays, you can get 2 chickenjoy buckets for $19.49.  On Thursday, you can get 1 chickenjoy bucket and 1 burger steak family pack for $19.49.  The corned beef, tapa, and tocino breakfastjoy meals are all $5.99.  They labeled it as “always affordelicious.” I still think that is a bit high of a price to label the meal as “affordable,” but “delicious,” yes.  The promo ends on January 31, 2013 :(

Ala Moana Visit 124.  Today I came in the evening time to finally turn in the “Diary of a Jollibee Kid 2″ Diary that I had compiled just in time for Christmas and before I leave for a little trip to the Philippines.  The sectional beezyness was about 30 percent and there was a small line.  It’s been a while since I came over to the Ala Moana location.  I have been really busy lately.  I just ordered a chickenjoy meal with rice and a drink.  I used my free drink coupon for it which they still accepted which was cool.

Waipahu Visit 198.  Today I came in during mid morning time to get some breakfastjoy.  The dine in beezyness was about 35 percent.  There was hardly a line for Jollibee and non for Red Ribbon.  I got a breakfastjoy Beef tenders.  I think it was called beef tapa before or something like that.  I saw good ‘ole Marvin and noticed that I still have the old school Jollibee menu in my wallet.  He was shocked on how much the prices went up from 2 years ago, comparing the combo meals.  The chickenjoy buckets went down though.  They have some Christmas promotions going around for their meals.  6 piece chickenjoy bucket is $10.99.  There’s a “Treat A,” which comes with a 6 piece chickenjoy bucket, 3 servings of rice, 3 pieces of peach mango pie, and 3 soft drinks for $19.99.  There’s also a “Treat B,” which comes with a 6 piece chickenjoy bucket, 1 spaghetti family pack, 3 pieces of peach mango pie, and 3 soft drinks for $29.99.  I would say that is some pretty good deals, if you do the calculations, you save at around 3 to 5 bucks per “Treat.” It’s been two years since Jollibee first arrived to Hawaii in Waipahu.  It’s always good to reminisce about good memories.

Waipahu Visit 197.  Today I came in during the late afternoon time.  The dine in beezyness was about 45 percent.  There was no line for Jollibee and Red Ribbon.  I saw Ma’am Sandy who I haven’t seen for a while now so it was good seeing her.  I made a call in order to pick up a spaghetti and chickenjoy cater pack for a Christmas party that I was having at my place for my crew.

Waipahu Visit 196.  Today I came in during the late morning time to get some lunch but more like a late breakfast.  I got a spam breakfastjoy.  The dine in beezyness was about 40 percent.  There was a small line for Jollibee and no line for Red Ribbon.  After I made my order at Jollibee, I got a banana bread pack from Red Ribbon.  One of the staff workers there always call me “Kid.” I guess it’s short for the “Jollibee Kid.” I told her my real name.  We somewhat conversed in Tagalog.  It was good because I need to practice some more.  Taglish is the way to go.  I will be going back home to the Philippines soon in late December for the new year.  The first thing that I will definitely do of course is go to Jollibee.

Waipahu Visit 195.  Today I came in during the afternoon time with my co-worker Iz.  We made a pitstop to get some food for our other co-worker Velvet too since she was treating us the food.  We ended up getting halo-halo, peach Mango Pie, Banana Langka Pie, Jolli Crispy Fries, and a N4 Palabok with chickenjoy meal.  The dine in beezyness was about 40 percent.  There was no line for Jollibee and Red Ribbon.
