Ala Moana Day 30. Today is Christmas Eve. The time when everyone is starting to culminate and gather the joys of Christmas. Today I came in after work with the Big homie/Promotional Manager Armand. We didn’t eat the whole day and stuck it out without any lunch break at work. We closed early at the shop due in observance of Christmas and Christmas eve. We tried encouraging all the other staff at work to come join us on the fun but no one wanted to. We really tried encouraging and convincing Fumi to go but she passed again like always. Typical Fumzmeister. So it was the 2 man Denny’s crew once again. In the morning, I called Jollibee Ala Moana to see if they are open tomorrow (Christmas Day) by any chance. I found out that they were not going to be open. I suddenly paniced. I didn’t know what to do. The streak of going to Jollibee Ala Moana 100 days in a row is going to be ruined. I quickly thought of what to do. I called Jollibee Waipahu to see if they were open tomorrow and found out that they were. They are open from 11AM to 6PM tomorrow on Christmas Day. I will just go to Jollibee Waipahu to substitute for the Jollibee Ala Moana visit. But then I thought to myself it wasn’t going to bee the same. I still needed a receipt proving I am at Jollibee Ala Moana on that day. Maybe I will just go to Jollibee Ala Moana on Christmas Day and take a picture of myself proving that I visited that day. That is just how the Jollibee Kid rolls. So today, there was a small line. The sectional beezyness was about 30 percent. Armand got the chickenjoy dip ‘n strip meal with the free drink coupon I gave him. I used the free drink coupon for an Amazing Aloha. I am starting to observe more new staff workers at the stand. Today I asked for Raspberry Iced Tea like I always do and they even repeated “Raspberry.” They ended up giving me pink lemonade. I excused them for the error. Later on during the day in the evening, my friend Randy gave me a gift for both Christmas and post Birthday. He gave me a Jollibee gift card and a spaghetti joy meal. It couldn’t have been any better with a meal served fresh along with a gift card. It was some awesome gifts that a Jollibee Kid could ever get! 70 more days to go.
Happy Birthday to my friend Jae! Hope she has a Jolli one!
