Kalihi Day 45. Today was a kind of different check in day. While I was in Maui with the Tekniqlingz crew, I had my sister Heide do my visit for me which went pretty interesting. She went first thing in the morning before going to work. Based out of the pictures that she took pictures of and sent, when she went to Jollibee, the dine in beezyness seemed like it was about 10 percent and the drive thru beezyness was 0 percent. What we did to remotely make my visit possible was we called and facetimed my sister and at the same time did the documentation. She bought a peach mango pie and a halo halo for herself. 55 more days to go.

Kalihi Day 44. Today I came in during the afternoon time. The drive thru beezyness was about 10 percent. The dine in beezyness was about 50 percent. There was a good mixture of young adults and high schoolers at the time. It was interesting to see because I think the school year is done already. Today I got a B1 yumburger meal. Today is the day the crew and I go to Maui. They asked me since I was going to bee gone for a day, how am I going to Jollibee? I told then don’t worry my sister and I are going to take care of it thanks to technology. 56 more days to go!

Kalihi Day 43. Today I came in the late evening time like very close closing kine time. I decided to go through the drive thru and make an order there. The beezyness was about 10 percent. I was actually the only one that was in the drive thru area as I pulled up. There were other surrounding cars in the area that came around too. Today I just got a peach mango pie and banana langka pie. Earlier in the day while inward at work, my former co-worker Matt snap chatted me him at Jollibee. I told him that id such rather bee there than working at the time. 57 more days to go!

Kalihi Day 42. Today I came in during the late evening time after work. Usually, I do not work on Tuesdays but today I did because I will gone this weekend. Speaking of going out of town, i am happy that I was able to get my sister Heide to go to Jollibee for me on Friday. Basically I am going to have her call me and facetime me when she goes there so I can technically get my visit in for the day. Its going to be quite interesting but we will see how it works out. The drive thru beezyness was about 20 percent. The dine in beezyness was about 25 percent. To day I just got a chickenjoy dip and strips meal. I noticed that I guess they do not give out pineapple quenchers anymore. They also do not give out toys anymore either, I guess I ran out of it all the toys. 58 more days to go!

Kalihi Day 41. Today I came in the evening time after work. Today is Memorial Day so today I got off early from work at the mall. The drive thru beezyness was about 20 percent. There were a couple of cars at the drive thru as I entered. The dine in beezyness was about 40 percent. There was a mixture of young people and older adults in the store. Today I just got a B1 yumburger meal. I think I might be ordering this for a while since I also need to think about my personal budget as I head towards almost running into completing 50 days. After I was done with my B1 meal, I decided to get a vanilla twirl cone. To me, it does have a different taste compared to McDonalds vanilla cone and I like Jollibees better of course. 59 more days to go!

Kalihi Day 40. Today I came in driving in the early evening time with my Tek homies Josh, Nico, and Ariel. We came after attending and performing for our manong Lane Wilckens The Forgotten Children of Maui book event. Speaking of Maui, I will be going there with the crew in less than our week for their Barrio Fiesta. The drive thru beezyness was about 30 percent. The dine in beezyness was about 40 percent. Me and Nico arrived first and wanted for the other two to join us shortly thereafter. While we were waiting we saw another friend of ours, Daniel, who was picking up food for his daughters birthday party. He wanted to invite us over as well. I suggested to Nico that he get the ultimate burger steak because it’s a real beast. He was hungry at the time so he did get it. I got the same thing. Once the other two joined us, I also ordered the same thing. It was another really rainy day today. There was some flash flood warnings going across the state. We made sure that we had some sundaes as dessert afterwards. It was our first sundae on the last Sunday of May while eating sundae if that makes any sense. But anyways I thought that the Sundaes were good. My co-worker Kate says that she likes it better than McDonalds and has a different taste. I would say that I agree with her. The next thing I want to try after is the vanilla cone or soft serve. 60 more days to go!

Kalihi Day 39. Today I came in during the early morning opening time again just like yesterday. The drive thru beezyness was about 5 percent. I just saw one car entering in to make an order. The dine in beezyness was definitely different. I would say 15 percent. There were more people that came in and dined for breakfast than yesterday. Today I got a breakfastjoy tapsilog aka beef tender. Today is not a good weather day. It’s been raining hard last night and this morning. The breakfastjoy meal was definitely a good meal to start the day. 61 more days to go!

Kalihi Day 38. Today I came in the morning. The drive thru beezyness was about 0 percent. That’s right, I just said it, about zero percent.  This is the first time I gave it a 0 percent. I didn’t see any cars go thru the drive thru whatsoever. I couldn’t believe itself either.  The whole time I was there, it was pretty much empty. The dine in beezyness was about 10 percent. It was a really mellow morning. Today I got a breakfastjoy tocino with a cup of coffee. Perhaps because it’s the Memorial Day weekend where we will see more action during the weekend. 62 more days to go!

Waipahu visit 228. Today I double dipped my Jollibee visits by going to Jollibee Waipahu and Red Ribbon because today is my Tek crew friend Ariel’s birthday. I got her a choco mocha cake from red ribbon along with a spaghetti family pack from Jollibee. When I came up today, I noticed that most awesome thing with Jollibees new menu time which is new ice cream sundaes! I couldn’t believe my eyes and had to looks twice that it’s really there! I remember the Jollibees in the Philippines having ice cream sundaes so it’s really cool that Jollibee USA now has it too! Unfortunately I didn’t decide to get one because it was the morning but I think I should have because I found out that my co-worker Kate also event to Jollibee and had the sundae before me! Out of all people! She also brought chickenjoy because my boss Momo was craving it.  I couldn’t believe I decided not to get an ice cream vanilla twirl or sundae right at the moment.  It was an uncharacteristic move of me as the Jollibee Kid to skip or not get a new menu item right when I am there at the moment.  The vanilla twirl cone os $1.oo and the sundae is $1.25.  I hope they keep this as permanent items of Jollibee Hawaii because I remember they had those Jolly Popsicles the last time and they were only there temporarily.

Kalihi Day 37. Today I came during the afternoon time. I haven’t went through the drive thru in a while so I went inside. The drive thru beezyness was about 10 percent. I was the only car that pulled up. I just got a peach mango pie and banana langka pie to go. As I was ordering the person taking my order caught me taking a selfie next to the window. I guess they do have cameras but you can’t see them. 63 more days to go!

Kalihi Day 36. Today I came in during the late evening time after work as usual. The drive thru beezyness was about 20 percent. The dine in beezyness was about 30 percent. There was a Japanese couple that was on front of me upon entering the store. It was pretty cool to see that they wanted to try Jollibee. I saw this video on YouTube that was posted on Facebook by Jollibee USA which was about having these haoles aka white people in our local mentality taste testing Jollibee Filipino fast food. I personally took offense as I saw these Americans talk about the food as if they were talking about our people. Most people don’t know shit about Jollibee especially these stupid unopen-minded Americans. Today I got my typical chickenjoy kids meal with just a kiddie soft drink. It was a slow and low sales day at work so Jollibee is always a great way to unwind. As I was dining in, my boss Momo texted me hows the corner seat at Jollibee. I asked her which one because there is two. For me I like the corner seat by the windows closer to king st. Side. She’s been craving jollibee chickenjoy for a while now. Her craving has led her to eat Church’s Chicken for lunch at work. My friend Louise visited the island recently.  I was sad that I didn’t get to see her because back in 2010, she played a KEY instrumental role in my development as the Jollibee Kid.  64 more days to go!
