Kapolei Day 9. Today I came in during the morning time again just like yesterday. The Jollibae and I had a little holiday party potluck that we had to attend to so of course we went ahead and went to Jollibee to have something for the potluck. Thinking ahead, thanks to Jollibae’s suggestion, I went ahead and did a phone call in order to make an order prior to coming. I just ordered a bucket of Chickenjoy. Jollibee Chickenjoy is always a winner at any party. When we came in during the morning, as usual, it is not so busy. The dine in beezyness was about 20 percent. The drive-thru beezyness was about 20 percent as well.

Kapolei Day 8. Today I came over during the early morning time. The dine-in beezyness was about 30 percent. The drive-thru beezyness was about 20 percent. This morning I just got a peach mango pie to go. I went in the store and ordered. Jollibee now has all sorts of posters on their windows promoting a lot of different things. They have their promotion of their burger steak which goes for about $5.99, chicken dippers also for $5.99, 2 piece Chickenjoy meal for about $9.49, and their Christmas meal deals which go from $24.99 to $32.99. They also seem to be in need to more workers as well with their now hiring signs posted all over the store which pay starts at $10.30. I remember a manager was going around and talking to customers about it. As much as I love Jollibee I don’t think I can work for them as it may interfere with my love and passion for Jollibee.

Kapolei Day 7.  Today marks the first whole week since Jollibee Kapolei has opened.  FACT: 7 years ago, Jollibee Hawaii launched it’s first Jollibee in Waipahu.  I remember that day like it was jolly yesterday.  But anyway, today is also a special day because Star Wars Episdoe 8: The Last Jedi comes out tonight.  Jollibae and I are huge Star Wars fans.  She and I actually came over in the evening time before watching the movie.  We went through drive-thru at a pretty prime dinner time hour.  The drive-thru beezyness was about 70 percent.  It took a while to get through the drive-thru and all I wanted to get was just a yumburger with cheese.  It was actually $2.99.  I feel that it is quite expensive now just for one burger.  I remember it was about a dollar something.   The dine-in beezyness was about 60 percent.  We came in with our Star Wars costumes as well as Rey and Finn reading to see the movie.  Because of Jollibee we were also almost late to our movie.  The things that I do for Jollibee, ay sus.  I thank Jollibae’s patience because she was getting hungry too.   As we were driving through, the sidewalk area looks a lot more lit which is good.  Makes Jollibee look lit.

Kapolei Day 6. Today is the first Wednesday since the grand opening of Jollibee Kapolei. It will now be almost a week since the opening. Today I came over in the late afternoon time with my jolly niece Hazel after picking her up from her preschool. I told her that we were going to go eat at Jollibee Kapolei again and she got excited. As we were driving up, she automatically spotted the big Jollibee store. The drive-thru beezyness was about 30 percent. I got Hazel jolly crispy fries and I got a Chickenjoy kids meal with pineapple juice. I was fortunate enough to to get a VIP discount thanks to Ma’am Sandy. We stayed for a while because Jollibae Nich was going to come down to meet with us and hang out with us. Hazel had fun and almost ate all of the fries.  She also really likes the pineapple quencher juice.

Kapolei Day 5.  Today is the first Tuesday of Jollibee Kapolei’ s grand opening.  Today I came in during the early afternoon time.  More so in lunch time.  It is a cold and rainy Tuesday.  I was debating on whether or not I will go through the drive-thru again but I just parked because I had to use the restroom.  The dine-in beezyness was about 30 percent.  It was not so busy for a lunch time hour timeframe.   There was only a few people in the store.  Anyways, today I just got two side orders of rice.  Yes, just rice.  Jollibae is sick at home today and luckily I have some sinigang that my mom gave me but I just did not have any rice so I figured I just get some at Jollibee to encompass my visit.

Kapolei Day 4.  Today is the first Monday since Jollibee Kapolei’s grand opening.  I was not able to come yesterday (Sunday, December 10, 2017) due to my inability to come since I ran the Honolulu Marathon for most of the day.  Nonetheless, I will still pursue the 100 days of Jollibee happiness at Jollibee Kapolei, though it will not be consecutive this time.  Today, I came in during the evening time to try out their drive-thru for the first time.  The drive-thru beezyness was actually quite busy.  It was about 60 percent I would say.  I was just going to go in to get a peach mango pie.  But still yet, it took a while to go through the drive-thru.  There were many cars ahead so I think it was still peak dinner timeframe.  The drive-thru itself is very nice and Jollibee Kapolei did a great job to make it pretty inviting with all of the outside signage and what not.  I could also see the dine-in beezyness, which was about 40 percent I would say.  The timeframe of being in line was about 10-15 minutes.  I think I could have saved time but just parking and going through the store.

Kapolei Day 3.  Today is the first Saturday of the opening weekend for Jollibee Kapolei.  I came over in the afternoon time alongside my sisters, niece, and Jollibae.  The drive-thru beezyness was about 30 percent.  After coming to this location for about two days in a row, I am pretty sure the drive-thru will be the busiest for the store.  I got a Jollibee chickenjoy kids meal with fries.  I had the option of choosing which toy I want to get and obviously I automatically chose Jollibee.  They still have the Jollibee/JolliTown Jollibee and friends musical band theme for the toys.  The dine-in beezyness was about 30 percent.  After coming to this location yesterday, I can pretty much guess that they have their busy times at certain times.  I was told that there will be Jollibee mascot appearances during the weekend so that would be pretty cool to check out.  I let my jolly niece Hazel play with the Jollibee toy after she ate her food and really liked playing with it.  In regards to my 100 days of continuous jollyness and happiness at Jollibee Kapolei, I do not think it will be consecutive but it will be a 100 day stretch though.  I think that will be the difference this time around for my Jollibee feature.  Later on in the evening, Jollibae got me jolly spaghetti for dinner as my last carbo load meal before the Honolulu Marathon that I will be running the next morning.  Jolly spaghetti has always been an annual tradition dinner carbo load meal before my run at the Honolulu Marathon the next Sunday morning.

Kapolei Day 2: Today is the second day of Jollibee Kapolei’s opening weekend. Today I came in during the late afternoon time. There is still much energy and excitement for Jollibee Kapolei. When coming in, I almost forgot they were open but they are open already! The dine in beezyness was about 40 percent. The drive thru beezyness was pretty slammin’ I would say 60 percent. It was during rush hour so seemed like most people were going to the drive thru. There was people dining inside and outside. You can still see that there are a few people in front of the restaurant that are wearing black jollibee polos most likely representing Jollibee corporate representatives from the mainland, whom I also met yesterday too at the grand opening. Today I swung by to get a spaghetti kids meal to go. I will be running the Honolulu Marathon this weekend so I got a jolly spaghetti for obvious carbo loading reasons.

Jollibee Kapolei Day 1: Grand Opening. Today is the grand opening of Jollibee USA newest location in Hawaii on the island of O’ahu. It is located within the Ka Makana Ali’i Shopping Center area in Kapolei. I have been checking out this location for a very long time after passing through the construction of the new store many times while visiting Ka Makana Ali’i for the past few months just in admiration and awe of the beauty. It is now finally open! Even when the new Ka Makana Ali’i shopping center just opened they were announcing that Jollibee will be coming soon to the new mall! It is towards the back of the mall right near Macy’s, Wendy’s, and before 24 hour fitness. Anyways, I did a Facebook vote post on Facebook to see if I should do another 100 days of happiness at the new location. I got a 10/10 votes saying that I should do the people have spoken and it shall be done. I have a whole lot of support especially with my Jollibae, Nichelle. We actually went down together to be the first customers of the new location. The new location is very nice and modern, probably the nicest stand alone Jollibee that I have seen. Nichelle was even saying it is the nicest one that she has seen as well. Both the exterior and interior is very nice. When you step in the the entrance they have quite a lot of table and seating areas. While in line we got to talk story with a few Jollibee representatives. We got there just a little after 7am and they opened at just a little after 8am. Just being in line fueled the joy and jollyness again, a time of tasting and being at a Jollibee for the first time. For example, standing in line to be the first one at Jollibee Kalihi. The inside of the store is really nice, they have a lot of table and seating areas. The set up is almost like the combination design of all Jollibees in Hawaii so far. Right when they opened the doors all of the crew workers were very welcoming. When we went to order, we were bummed to know that they do not have breakfastJoys available. Instead, we ordered two burger steak meals and two peach mango pies. The only deal that they were having for the first 100 customers was a free jollibee doll with a $20 or over purchase. Honestly, it wasn’t really a grand opening perk to me but it is what it was. While we were ordering, the actually Jollibee mascot came out greeting all of us customers as well and even took a picture with us. It was very Jolly indeed having the Jollibee Kid, Jollibee, and Jollibae in one photo. Too much jollyness power right there. Towards the back of the restaurant they have a cool picture with Jollibee doing his signature twist move. Speaking of restroom, I checked it out and used it for the first time. It was very nice, clean, and fresh of course. We stayed for a bit and took a few more pictures of the area. Will be back for day two of Jollibee Kapolei jollyness.

Kalihi Visit.  Today I came over in the late afternoon time.  I came over with my Jolly niece Hazel because I think she was craving Jollibee so we went ahead and went to the closest Jollibee after picking her up from school.  She gets excited and is happy when she sees Jollibee.  The dine-in beezyness was about 40 percent.  We just got a yumburger kiddie meal with pineapple juice.  We got one of the Jollibee toys which was one of the Jollitown characters Popo.  The Jollibee kiddie Jollitown toys have a musical theme.  Hazel liked the toy and had fun playing it.  She mostly just ate the Jolly crispy fries along with her pineapple juice.  The drive-thru beezyness was about 20 percent.  Since it is almost thanksgiving and Christmas time, they also now have their Christmas meal bundle specials going on.
